PERSONALIZED PROFILE WEBSITE – The Athlete and/or their Parents will be allowed the opportunity of adding and/or uploading a separate bio picture, an academic transcript, 2 coach recommendations, six additional supporting documents or media items and up to 4 additional supporting photos, to the athlete’s profile website. All uploads must be in jpg, gif or PDF format. The personalized profile website will remain on the internet and be searchable by the college coaches until the athlete graduates from high school and/or junior college, as long as they are participating in their chosen sport.
MONTHLY REMINDER – A monthly college recruitment tidbit and/or fact, along with an update reminder will be sent to the enrolled parents and athletes (proper email addresses required).
UNLIMITED SELF-EDITING – The parents and/or athlete may use their assigned username and elected password to apply an unlimited number of updates or changes to the profile website as desired.
COLLEGE COACH FINDER – The parents and/or athlete may access the “College Coach E-mail” database within the athlete’s chosen sport. Approximately 1,300 are plus coaches are currently maintained, along with the coach’s name, college name, division of participation and email address.
PROFILE WEBSITE SELF-TARGETED PROMOTIONS – The parents and/or athlete may initially target unlimited college coaches selected from the “College Coach E-mail” database while the athlete’s profile is active on the internet. The parents and/or athlete will be able to select from a selection of three pre-designed “Target” email letters containing the athlete’s pertinent information, or select and enter their own desired content into a “Target” email letter. Targeted college coaches may be selected one (1) at a time or in a batch of up to twenty (20), to be sent a selected pre-designed email letter.
VIEWABLE PROFILE STATISTICS – The parents and/or athlete will have permissions set so they may view the profile website detailed statistics, showing the college coaches that have either logged into the system and viewed the athlete’s profile, or college coaches that have clicked on the “Targeted” emails sent to them by the athlete through the system. The detailed statistics page also shows the number of times the coach has viewed the profile, the source and the date of the last activity by the viewing source.
PROFILE SELF-VIDEO UPLOADS – The athlete and/or their parents will be allowed self video uploads. The video will be linked and viewable from the athlete’s profile website and may be any format, length or file size.
TERM – All services offered will be available to the athlete and/or their parents while the athlete is an active participant at Texas Image Volleyball.
ADDITIONAL VIDEO SERVICES AVAILABLE – The athlete and/or their parents will be allowed to purchase additional video services performed by Image. Video services such as creating a skills video and profile game/match footage.
