Congrats to 15 Mizuno June! They were recognized as the top team in the country for the 2013 Sideout/JVA National Dig Pink Team of the Year for being the team that raised the most donations for the Sideout Foundations fight against breast cancer.
All of the Texas Image teams participated in the Dig Pink program and many of them raised over $250 to join the 1000 Strong Campaign – with a goal of 1000 teams accross the country to raise $250 or more. It was great to see the players wearing their bright pink shirts on the official Dig Pink days at tournaments.
Head Coach June Stiles Boller brought the Dig Pink cause to Texas Image this year after having participated in it for several years as Director of her own juniors club in Atlanta, GA. We are so glad to be a part of this wonderful cause to fight a terrible disease that afflicts women all over the world. Thanks Coach June and 15 Mizuno June!
